i just wanted to do this for this horse because he was a true hero in the horse world i have lots of his kids and grand kids
Hollywood Dun It was by the great Hollywood Jac 86 and out of Blossom Berry, an own daughter of Dun Berry. During his show career, Hollywood Dun It was the National Reining Horse Association Futurity Reserve Champion, the NRHA Derby Champion and the Superstakes Champion. A 2000 NRHA Hall of Fame inductee, the beautiful dun stallion is the NRHA's Leading All-Time Sire of Reining Horses, with sons and daughters whose earnings have surpassed the $4 Million mark!
Hollywood Dun It
Hollywood Dun It get - known for their attractive looks and extreme trainability - have won such prestigious reining events as the NRHA Futurity, Derby, and Superstakes, National Reining Breeders Classic, All American Quarter Horse Congress Futurity, Southwest Reining Horse Association Futurity, Tradition Futurity, and numerous others. Dun It produced AQHA World Champions and multiple NRHA World and Reserve World Champions and was selected as the first Breyer Animal Creations reining horse in 1998.
He has earned over $100,000 in performance and sire awards. His offspring are big stoppers, deadly leaded, and nimble turners.
Much of the appeal of Hollywood Dun It and his offspring is that they are affectionate, intelligent and beautifully talented - it's a great combination.
Hollywood Dun It touched people. Daily, they would come to Tioga, Texas from all over the world to visit.

Part of his appeal was that he won and placed at the most prestigious reining competitions in the world. Part of it was his genetic prominence.
In 2003, he became the only horse with offspring earnings surpassing the $3 million mark. Then in 2004, he again made history when his offspring earned in excess of $4 million.
He's the leading All-Time sire of reining performers - siring both AQHA and NRHA world champions.
Part of it is that unforgettable face - the kind eye and sculpted head that he carbon-copies on to his get.
Part of it is his personality. He was a "people" horse that loved to play to a crowd. Years ago, his charisma resulted in winning performances. Later on, a bow for a carrot still captured hearts.
But to fully understand why so many people loved him, you have to know that he is a horse that made them believe! His magic has made careers and fortunes. When he was inducted into the NRHA Hall of Fame, association President Frank Costantini asked the audience, "Is there anyone here who hasn't won with a Hollywood Dun It?"
Folks in the industry know that you can bet the farm on this horse. And when you believe in Hollywood Dun It, dreams come true.

A letter from your pet in heaven

To my dearest family,
some things I'd like to say.
But first of all, to let you know,
that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from the Bridge.
Here I dwell with God above.
Here there's no more tears of sadness.
Here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy
just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I am with you
every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you
when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me
and He said, "I welcome you.
It's good to have you back again,
you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family,
They'll be here later on."
God gave me a list of things,
that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list,
was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night
the day's chores put to flight,
God and I are closest to you...
in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth,
and all those loving years,
because you are only human,
they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry:
it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers,
unless there were some rain.
I wish that I could tell you
all that God has planned.
If I were to tell you,
you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain,
though my life on earth is o'er.

and many hills to climb;
But together we can do it

They were ours as a gift, but never to keep,
As they close their eyes forever to sleep.
Their spirits unbound,
On silver wings they fly.
A million white horses,
Against the blue sky.
Look up into heaven,

The horses we lost,
The horses we loved.

God saw you were getting tired and a cure was not to be.

Letter From Heaven
A farmer had some puppies he needed to sell. He painted a sign advertising the 4 pups And set about nailing it to a post on the edge of his yard. As he was driving the last nail into the post, he felt a tug on his overalls. He looked down into the eyes of little boy.
'Mister,' he said, 'I want to buy one of your puppies.'
'Well,' said the farmer, as h e rubbed the sweat off the back of his neck, 'These puppies come from fine parents and cost a good deal of money.'
The boy dropped his head for a moment. Then reaching deep into his pocket,
he pulled out a handful of change and held it up to the farmer.
'I've got thirty-nine cents. Is that enough to take a look?'
'Sure,' said the farmer. And with that he let out a whistle. 'Here, Dolly!' he called. Out from the doghouse and down the ramp ran
Dolly followed by four little balls of fur.
The little boy pressed his face against the chain link fence. His eyes danced with delight.
As the dogs made their way to the fence, the little boy noticed something else stirring inside the doghouse..
Slowly another little ball appeared, this one noticeably smaller. Down the ramp it slid. Then in a somewhat awkward manner, the little pup began hobbling toward the others, doing its best to catch up....
'I want that one,' the little boy said, pointing to the runt. The farmer knelt down at the boy's side and said, 'Son, you don't want that puppy. He will never be able to run and play with you like these other dogs would.'
With that the little boy stepped back from the fence, reached down, and began rolling up one leg of his trousers. In doing so he revealed a steel brace running down both sides of his leg attaching itself to a specially made shoe.
Looking back up at the farmer, he said, 'You see sir, I don't run too well myself, and he will need someone who understands.'
With tears in his eyes, the farmer reached down and picked up the little pup. Holding it carefully he handed it to the little boy.
'How much?' asked the little boy. 'No charge,' answered the farmer, 'There's no charge for love.'
The world is full of people who need someone who understands.
